Project synopsis

Based on research, 80% of the Singaporeans chose to wait for others to act during an accident when there's an existing crowd standing there. This is known as the bystander effect. Although to many people, this may seem as a norm as it happens to almost every accident they saw- taking pictures and video instead of helping. 

The purpose of this project was to raise awareness of this bystander effect. My objective is to let those people know that it is NOT OKAY to just stand by during an accident doing nothing. You could stop something worse from happening or even save a life. 

However, not all are that 'cold', some were paralyzed by the situation. Therefore, this project aims to do a short film to address the seriousness of this issue and having info-graphics posters in the public areas to educate them on what to do in case of accident.
